Every cashew grade is a count, not a quality score. The number in 320W is roughly how many whole kernels it takes to make up a pound — so a lower number means larger kernels, and a higher one means smaller.
The W stands for white, meaning the kernel is whole and undamaged rather than split or scorched. That part matters more than size. A whole kernel keeps its shape through roasting and seasoning, and it holds its snap far longer in the pouch.
We pack a single grade across the whole range. It means the only thing that changes between one pouch and the next is the seasoning — never the kernel underneath it.
